About The Role
We’re seeking an experienced and strategic Ecommerce Manager to lead our online growth and optimise the customer journey across both retail and B2B channels.
In this role, you’ll be part of the Brand Team, responsible for developing and executing strategies to boost online sales, enhance the user experience across consumer and B2B sites. You’ll oversee product listings, site functionality, digital marketing initiatives, advertising partners, and analytics to drive continuous improvement and optimise website performance.
This role calls for a highly organised, data-driven individual with strong attention to detail and a passion for online retail and design.
Core Responsibilities
- • Develop and execute ecommerce strategies to drive sales, customer acquisition, and retention, while ensuring sustainable long-term growth.
- • Identify and implement new opportunities, technologies, and best practices to enhance performance and stay ahead of industry trends.
- • Collaborate with the Head of Brand to balance short-term wins with scalable growth initiatives.
- • Manage and optimise both retail and B2B website functionality, performance, and integrations.
- • Coordinate timely product launches and promotional updates across key site areas.
- • Ensure all product content, pricing, and imagery is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with brand standards.
- • Maintain a clean and organised backend, including assets, alt tags, meta fields, and SEO elements.
- • Merchandise products effectively based on stock availability, seasonal trends, and campaign priorities.
- • Identify and implement UX/UI improvements to boost conversion and enhance the overall shopping experience.
- • Implement SEO best practices to drive organic traffic and improve search visibility.
- • Collaborate with marketing teams to align ecommerce strategy with campaigns, launches, and performance goals.
- • Plan and execute seasonal promotions, ensuring all digital assets support campaign objectives and brand consistency.
- • Monitor key ecommerce metrics and generate reports to support data-driven decisions and performance optimisation.
- • Track campaign performance and provide insights for ongoing improvement.
- • Use testing and data analysis to enhance site performance, content accuracy, and customer experience.
- • Collaborate with customer service to ensure smooth handling of inquiries and post-purchase experiences.
- • Monitor feedback and reviews to identify opportunities for improving the customer journey.
- • Assist in resolving technical website issues and optimising ecommerce transactions.
- • Manage external partners to deliver high-quality development, marketing, and support outcomes.

Requirements
- • Proven experience in ecommerce, digital marketing, or online retail.
- • Strong proficiency in Shopify, marketplace tools, and CRM integrations.
- • Solid understanding of SEO, paid media, merchandising, and content optimisation.
- • Familiarity with email marketing, paid social/search, and social commerce strategies.
- • Strong attention to detail, project management skills, and ability to work independently.
- • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- • Confident in using analytics to inform decisions; able to interpret and present data effectively.
- • Basic knowledge of Liquid, HTML/CSS, and an understanding of UX/UI principles is a plus.
- • Must be able to tell one good joke a week through either memes, gifs or interpretive dance.

This role is full time, and is based out of our Alexandria Office/Showroom.
